Prabowo acknowledged the 8 percent economic growth target he set to motivate Indonesia. Although he did not promise to achieve it, he was sure that it would make the country shocked.

“I was even challenged, there were parties from abroad who challenged me. They believe we can’t possibly (achieve economic growth of) 8 percent. If it reaches 8 percent, I will be given a free dinner, I can choose the menu,” he added.
Prabowo then emphasized that he would choose the most expensive menu when he succeeded in bringing Indonesia’s economy to 8 percent.
